"At first I was a little embarrassed, we talked mostly about the situation, about managing my emotions, we talked about everyday life situations, we talked about subjects that I didn't necessarily think I would talk about... it made me think, it made me take a step back from a lot of situations, look at what was positive, what was negative, how to improve myself, my personality, how I reacted to of certain situations. At first I didn't know what I was doing there, I wasn't sure if I was making the right choice, at first I didn't think it was going to really serve me and then, gradually, I let go, we talked about more personal subjects in order to work on myself, manage my emotions.
